BBQ sauce (plus more for topping)

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, milk, egg, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix to maintain a tender meatloaf.
Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
For extra flavor, drizzle a bit more BBQ sauce over the individual slices when serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with coleslaw or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
