12burger sauce (ketchup mixed with mayonnaise and a splash of mustard)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the potatoes are roasting, take the ground beef and place it in a bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form the beef mixture into patties (about 4 burger-sized patties).
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. You can add a slice of cheese on top of each burger during the last minute of cooking if you desire melty cheese.
In serving bowls, start with a base of chopped lettuce. Top with roasted potatoes, halved cherry tomatoes, burger patties, sliced pickles, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle each burger bowl with the burger sauce over the top.
Enjoy your delicious burger bowls while they're warm!
Notes
