Lay the coated zucchini chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Lightly spray the tops of the zucchini chips with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
Once done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
