Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Carefully flip the chicken thighs over and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
