Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet. If using a pre-made crust, prepare according to package instructions.
Spread the refried beans evenly over the crust, making sure to reach the edges.
Layer the seasoned ground beef over the refried beans.
Sprinkle the corn, diced red bell pepper, and red onion evenly on top.
Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the toppings, ensuring no area is left without cheese.
If using, add jalapeño slices on top for some extra heat.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top of the pizza for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle salsa on top and garnish with fresh cilantro. Add dollops of sour cream or Greek yogurt around the pizza for serving.
