Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced beef steak. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
Lay out a lettuce leaf. Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on the leaf, add some sautéed vegetables, and top with a portion of the cooked steak. Roll the lettuce leaf tightly from the base to the tip like a burrito.
Continue assembling the remaining roll-ups with the remaining ingredients.
Place the roll-ups on a serving platter and cut them in half for easier eating. Optional - drizzle with a bit of olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
