Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss gently to coat the pasta in the cheesy sauce.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and pickles, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm everything through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes if desired for a kick.
