Instructions
In a large pot or deep skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Pour in the BBQ sauce, honey, and chicken broth, stirring to combine well.
Add the pasta to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the cherry tomatoes, corn, and bell pepper to the pot. Stir to incorporate and allow everything to heat through.
Remove from heat and taste for seasoning, adjusting salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for added freshness.
